The Alexander Technique

- is recommended for activities involving a lot of stress, as the result of mental tension is muscle strain. The solution for unnecessary muscle train leads to a loose body and psyche. Learning the Alexander technique improves awareness, which is an integral part of efficient work.
Unlike other stress reducing techniques, this is a learning process, in which employees learn to use their bodies more economically and efficiently. They don't fall back to previous habits after finishing the lessons.
